An educator with an MBA in School Management and more than 20 years of experience in K–12 education and school leadership, she has led Progresso Bilíngue Vinhedo since 2009, driving initiatives in pedagogical innovation, team development, and the strengthening of school culture. She believes education transforms lives and that every student represents a new possibility for the future.
She has been a Bilingual Pedagogical Coordinator at Progresso Bilíngue Vinhedo for more than 10 years.
She holds a degree in Language Studies from Faculdades Integradas de Ribeirão Pires (FIRP).
Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work in language schools, pre-university preparatory courses, and K–12 schools, from Early Years through High School.
Her fluency in English and Spanish, together with her soft skills in Communication and Critical Thinking, are part of what sets her apart professionally.
Graduated in Teaching and Language Studies, with a specialization in Psychopedagogy and currently pursuing a degree in School Management, she has worked in education for more than 25 years, with experience in pedagogical practices and school leadership. At Progresso since 2011, she has been dedicated to building welcoming, inclusive, collaborative learning environments focused on students’ holistic development. She believes education is a transformative process, sustained by dialogue, active listening, and valuing each individual.
With more than 25 years of classroom experience, her career has focused on the literacy process and supporting student development in the early years of Elementary School. She holds a degree in Pedagogy and a postgraduate qualification in Psychoanalysis, and has worked at Progresso Bilíngue Vinhedo for 13 years, including the last 3 in pedagogical coordination. Her work focuses on teacher development, the improvement of pedagogical practices, and the promotion of meaningful learning. As Magda Soares noted, “Literacy is not an endpoint, but a continuous process of entering written culture.
An educator with a specialization in Early Years and Literacy, she has devoted more than two decades to education, which she believes is a place of discovery, transformation, and care.
Since 2010, at Progresso Bilíngue Vinhedo, she has dedicated herself to supporting and inspiring teachers, promoting reflection, professional development, and practices that value careful observation, curiosity, and meaningful student learning.
She sees learning as a movement that brings students and teachers together in an exchange of growth, discovery, and inspiration, where everyone is transformed and continues learning together.
She is the Bilingual Pedagogical Coordinator for Early Years through Year 1 at Progresso Bilíngue Vinhedo, where she has worked for seven years, including the last two in coordination. She holds a degree in Pedagogy from FACON, Brazil, and a Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching from New Zealand Tertiary College, New Zealand. She brings extensive international experience in Early Years education. She is passionate about the English literacy process and has deepened her expertise through training such as the MABI course and programs from GOBEE. She believes every child is unique and capable, and that learning flourishes in environments grounded in respect, listening, and collaboration. She advocates for an education that inspires, nurtures, and promotes holistic development, recognizing learning as a continuous and meaningful journey.
Maria Juliana is a professional with over 21 years’ experience in the education sector, specialising in Child Psychomotor Development and Literacy. Her career at Progresso began six years ago, during which time she worked as a Co-ordination Assistant before taking on, last year, the roles of Senior Admissions Analyst and Health and Safety Co-ordinator. In her role in the Health and Safety department, Maria Juliana’s primary mission is to ensure a safe, healthy and trustworthy school environment for pupils, families and staff, providing the necessary foundation for successful educational development.
Camille is a professional with 24 years’ experience in the field of education. An educationalist with a degree in Chemistry from the State University of Ceará, and postgraduate qualifications in Specialised Educational Support and Psychoanalysis. She has training in Remedial Pedagogy and Social Therapy, contributing to a holistic approach to human development. She works as an Educational Counsellor, developing initiatives focused on the academic and socio-emotional support of students, with extensive experience in study guidance, school inclusion, mediation between families and schools, and monitoring of academic performance. She supports pupils in their transition to secondary school, in preparing for university entrance exams and in shaping their life plans. Camille's work is guided by active listening, dialogue, collaboration and the promotion of autonomy, youth leadership and student-led learning, contributing to an inclusive, humanised education committed to the well-rounded development of pupils.
Marly is a professional with a background in administration and finance, having gained experience in various companies before moving into education. She holds a teaching qualification and a degree in Education, and has been working at Progresso Bilíngue since 2018, where she serves as an Educational Counsellor for Early Years and Year 1. Her work focuses on monitoring the children’s socio-emotional and educational development, supporting families and assisting teachers, thereby contributing to a welcoming and meaningful school environment. Marly's work is characterised by a commitment to the all-rounded development of pupils and to creating positive experiences during their early years at school.
Rachel is a professional with over 25 years’ classroom experience, with extensive experience in Lower Primary Education. A graduate in Education, she has been part of the team at Progresso Bilíngue Vinhedo for four years, having spent the last three years working in Educational Guidance.In Middle School, the main aim of Educational Guidance is to monitor and support pupils’ academic, emotional and social development, fostering a welcoming, healthy environment that is conducive to learning and pupils’ wellbeing.Rachel's work is based on dialogue, active listening and partnership between the school, families and pupils, contributing to the holistic education and development of each pupil.
Tatiane is a professional with 25 years’ experience in the field of education, with a career dedicated to early years education and the early years of primary school. With a degree in Education and a postgraduate qualification in Early Years Education, Literacy and Reading, she has been working at Progresso Bilíngue Vinhedo for 14 years, the last three of which as an Educational Advisor for Primary School.Tatiane's work focuses on providing comprehensive support for pupils, promoting their academic, social and emotional development, in partnership with families and the teaching staff. She believes that a quality education is built through a welcoming approach, active listening and the nurturing of each child’s potential, contributing to a meaningful and successful school journey.
At Progresso Bilíngue since 2011, she has taught Art across Elementary School, Middle School, and High School. She holds a degree in Arts from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and a postgraduate qualification in Integrative Art from Anhembi Morumbi University.
Julia Zanotti Silva
Educational Guidance Assistant, Designated Safeguarding Lead, and School ILOS Coordinator (International Opportunities Coordinator)
A professional trained in Psychology and dedicated to students’ holistic development, she serves as an Educational Guidance Assistant and member of the Safeguarding team, contributing to students’ emotional and social well-being and to the creation of a welcoming, safe school environment. She also coordinates the International Opportunities Project at Progresso Bilíngue Vinhedo, which promotes cultural and educational experiences designed to develop life skills and broaden students’ worldviews. She believes education goes beyond academic knowledge; it is also a space for human growth, empathy, and connection with the world
