What's happening
At Progresso Bilíngue Vinhedo, students take charge of their learning in a dynamic, student-led environment. Our bilingual curriculum combines the rigor of the Brazilian National Curriculum with international best practices, offering pathways to top universities and a consistent record of excellence - ranked first in Vinhedo on ENEM for fifteen years.
Every day, students spark curiosity, build confidence, and grow as global citizens. They engage in bilingual immersion, explore literature, experiment with maker projects, and develop digital skills. Students lead social initiatives, collaborate on real-world challenges, and learn to adapt in a fast-changing world.
Students become fluent in both Portuguese and English while cultivating creativity, empathy, adaptability, and strong communication skills. By combining the Brazilian National Common Curricular Base with international best practices, learners gain a truly global perspective.
Daily bilingual immersion strengthens language proficiency on a rich cultural foundation. Interdisciplinary projects and hands-on experiences foster investigative thinking, innovation, and 21st-century skills, equipping students for success in a rapidly evolving world.
From Early Years onward, students develop a love of learning and a deep literary foundation. Across all grades, literary projects encourage engagement with diverse texts and perspectives, nurturing aesthetic appreciation and broadening horizons.
Through collaborative research and independent inquiry, learners build critical thinking, creativity, and the ability to express themselves clearly and meaningfully. This approach cultivates thoughtful, curious individuals ready to explore and contribute beyond the classroom.
Maker activities encourage students to explore, experiment, and innovate through hands-on learning. Fully equipped science labs and maker spaces provide the ideal environment to tackle real-world challenges and bring ideas to life.
Students strengthen problem-solving abilities, resilience, and leadership while collaborating on projects that require critical thinking. At Progresso Bilíngue Vinhedo, Maker thinking is more than a method - it’s a mindset that empowers learners to become confident creators and agile thinkers.
Students harness technology to enhance creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving. Through digital projects and classroom use of Chromebooks, learners develop critical thinking skills, communicate effectively online, and leverage technology to explore ideas and solutions.
This approach equips students to become responsible, innovative digital citizens, ready to thrive and lead in an increasingly connected world.
Learners take ownership of their education, setting personal goals and pursuing interests that spark curiosity. With guidance from mentors and tailored learning experiences, they develop self-confidence, resilience, and the ability to make thoughtful decisions.
This journey of self-discovery allows each student to unlock unique strengths and passions, preparing them for success well beyond the classroom.
Students gain access to global opportunities, preparing for international experiences and pathways. Each learner receives individualized support and expert guidance when exploring universities abroad, ensuring a smooth application process.
Comprehensive academic and socio-emotional preparation, combined with training for international certifications, empowers students to pursue ambitions confidently on a global stage.
Learners are encouraged to become agents of positive change, applying their knowledge and creativity to real-world challenges. Through hands-on projects and community engagement, students develop entrepreneurial skills, social responsibility, and a sense of purpose.
By designing and leading meaningful initiatives, learners experience the impact of empathy, teamwork, and innovation in building a better future for all.
Our students learn to embrace differences, face challenges, and develop strong social-emotional skills. The Progresso student profile is marked by ethics, efficiency, and responsibility, both in their individual journey and within collective environments.
Programa Semente
Maker activities
Individual Research Project (TPI)
Programa Semente empowers students to strengthen responsibility, resilience, empathy, and social awareness.
By fostering these skills, the program supports holistic development, preparing children and adolescents to excel academically and personally while building ethical, positive relationships that last a lifetime.
In Maker activities, students take the lead in their learning through hands-on projects inspired by their own interests. With access to carefully selected materials and the latest technologies, they develop purposeful projects that strengthen creativity, independence, and digital literacy.
The classroom becomes a dynamic and engaging environment where learning is hands-on and meaningfully connected to the world around them.
Every year, students from Year 6 to Year 11 choose a topic and work with a teacher to develop a challenging research project throughout the academic year. The experience culminates in a presentation in August, during which both the written work and oral communication skills are assessed.
ISP’s research-led approach helps students build the life competencies they need to thrive now and throughout their lifetime. These core human skills grow through learning experiences embedded across every stage of the learning journey.
