Elisete is an education professional with 25 years of experience across a range of school leadership roles, including principalship, educational counseling, and academic coordination. She's dedicated to the holistic development of students, the growth of teachers, and the creation of innovative and inclusive learning environments.
She serves as Head of School at Colégio Progresso Bilíngue Itu, part of International Schools Partnership. In this role, she continues to promote teaching practices aligned with international standards, nurture the development of global citizens, and strengthen a culture of educational innovation.
Her mission is to help make education ever more transformative, connected to the demands of the 21st century, and inspiring for students, families, and educators.
Claudia is an educator with a degree in Pedagogy and a postgraduate qualification in English Language Teaching. She has 16 years of experience in Education, working both inside and outside the classroom.
Flaviana is an educator who is passionate about the transformation education can bring to people’s lives. She has worked in education since the age of 18, when she began her journey as a teacher in private schools. She holds degrees in Data Processing and Pedagogy, as well as postgraduate qualifications in Educational Technology and Active Methodologies.
Her purpose is to inspire meaningful learning, encouraging students’ autonomy, curiosity, and critical thinking. She believes that teaching is also learning — a collaborative process in which dialogue, empathy, and innovation go hand in hand. She strives to contribute to the development of conscious, creative citizens who are prepared for the challenges of the contemporary world.
Pamela is an education professional with a degree in Pedagogy and postgraduate qualifications in Psychopedagogy, Literacy and Language Development, School Psychology (Yale University), Leadership and Participatory School Management (FGV), and Active Methodologies (Ativar/USP), among others. She works in the strategic leadership of teams and in the implementation of projects focused on pedagogical innovation, active methodologies, and learning.
Committed to transformative education, grounded in individual differences in learning, holistic development, and the socioemotional growth of students and educators, she leads with empathy, mobilizes teams, promotes collaborative environments, and strengthens school culture.
