Rodrigo Caneschi has been part of Colégio Progresso since 2014, when he began his career at the institution as an Assistant Director. Over the years, he served as Educational Counselor and Academic Coordinator for both Middle and High School. In 2020, he assumed the role of School Director and, in 2024, became Head of School for the IB Diploma Programme (IB DP). He holds a degree in Biology, with experience in both classroom teaching and laboratory analysis, as well as in Pedagogy. He also earned a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Logistics, in addition to an MBA in Project Management and another in Data Science and Analytics, both from the University of São Paulo (USP). Alongside his academic and administrative career, he values family life and enjoys outdoor activities, especially hiking and climbing.
Renata has been working in the field of education for over 30 years. She holds a teaching diploma, a degree in Pedagogy with a postgraduate specialization in Active Methodologies, and an Extension Course in Bilingual Education. She worked as a literacy teacher for eight years but found her true passion in English Language Education. Renata has served as an English coordinator in language schools and, since 2008, has been fully immersed in bilingual education. She began with small projects and later contributed to extracurricular English courses as well as bilingual programs integrated into the school curriculum. Since 2012, Renata has been the Bilingual Coordinator for Early Childhood Education and Elementary School at Colégio Progresso Indaiatuba. In 2025, she also took on leadership of the Multilingualism pillar, which promotes the acquisition of more than one language by the same learner. In her free time, Renata enjoys listening to music, going for walks, and spending time with her family.
Janete is an education professional with a solid academic background and extensive experience. She earned her degree in Pedagogy from Faculdade Costa Braga (São Paulo – SP), with a specialization in Teaching for the Early Grades of Elementary School, completed in 1996. She also holds a Teaching Certificate with qualifications for Preschool and Elementary I Education from Colégio Radial, completed in 1989. With a career spanning more than 30 years dedicated to education, she currently serves as an Educational Counselor at Colégio Progresso, where she contributes to the holistic development of students and strengthens the bond between school, family, and community. Janete deeply believes in the transformative power of education. Her work is guided by curiosity, the desire to inspire, and the mission of fostering the discovery and development of each student’s learning—both academically and in their relationships. In her free time, Janete enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, caring for animals, listening to music, watching series, and reading. These activities reflect her appreciation for relationships, nature, and knowledge—values that also shape her role as an educator.
Luciana Coli has over 15 years of experience teaching English in Early Childhood Education and Elementary School. She holds degrees in Physiotherapy, Pedagogy, and Languages, building a career marked by the integration of care, language, and education. She has worked at well-regarded private schools, developing pedagogical practices based on active methodologies, communicative approaches, and playful learning proposals, with a focus on developing language skills, creativity, and meaningful learning. She also has experience in bilingual programs, including roles in pedagogical coordination and teacher mentoring. Recognized for creating welcoming and collaborative environments, she believes in education as a relational process that values student protagonism and promotes holistic development through language and attentive listening.
Daniela holds degrees in Speech Therapy from the Federal University of São Paulo and Psychopedagogy from the State University of Campinas, with a Master’s in Education from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas. Since joining Colégio Progresso Indaiatuba in 2010, she has supported students’ academic progress and social-emotional development as an Educational Counselor.
Passionate about holistic education, Daniela leads the ISP Life Competencies pillar, helping students develop the skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed to thrive as confident, responsible global citizens. She is committed to fostering strong partnerships between students, families, and colleagues to create meaningful learning experiences for every learner.
Carla Mitsy holds degrees in Pedagogy and Advertising and Marketing, with further specializations in Education, Creativity and Technology, Visual Arts, and Active Methodologies. Since 2002, she has worked in education across areas including Mathematics, Science, Robotics, Maker Education, and Visual Arts, bringing creativity and innovation into the learning experience.
Having joined the school in 2011, Carla has served as a teacher, educational technology advisor, and, since 2022, Pedagogical Coordinator for Elementary School. In 2025, she assumed leadership of the Academic Achievement learning pillar of ISP, where she works to strengthen teaching and learning through effective pedagogical practices and close student support. Carla is passionate about collaboration and believes strong partnerships between students, families, and educators are key to meaningful learning and holistic development.
Jaqueline’s professional journey is marked by a strong commitment to education, human development, and the holistic growth of students. She holds a Teaching Certification from CEFAM and degrees in Pedagogy and Psychopedagogy, building a career grounded in active listening, pedagogical care, and the continuous pursuit of meaningful educational practices. Since 2006, she has worked in the field of Education, accumulating extensive experience, with the last 10 years dedicated to educational management and pedagogical coordination. Her work has strongly focused on Early Childhood Education, Primary School, Lower Secondary School, and collaboration with High School. Her professional background includes participation in school implementation projects, training and development of pedagogical teams, as well as the systematic support of teachers and students. Throughout her career, Jaqueline has been a tenured teacher and has worked at institutions such as Colégio Império das Letras, Colégio Luminova (SEB Group), Colégio Brasil Objetivo, and as Lower Secondary Pedagogical Coordinator at Colégio Conquista. Her practice is based on positive, collaborative, and dialogical leadership, valuing teamwork and shared pedagogical responsibility. She believes education is a continuous and intentional process, built through dialogue, pedagogical planning, and the consistent monitoring of students. Her work is grounded in constructivist principles and materialized through active methodologies that promote student protagonism and meaningful learning. The philosophy “I am, I can” guides practices aimed at developing autonomy and both socio-emotional and academic competencies, contributing to students’ holistic formation. Jaqueline advocates that the partnership between school, families, and students is essential for a consistent and transformative pedagogical practice. For her, collective construction, affection combined with pedagogical firmness, and clarity of purpose are key pillars to ensuring a high-quality, humanized education committed to learning.
Juliana Germani Olmos is dedicated to guiding students through their academic journey and preparing them for a globalized future. In her multifaceted role, she is committed to shaping the rigorous International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, fostering bilingualism in the Middle School, and leading students as they explore and navigate their pathways to university and beyond. Drawing from her own diverse career, she is passionate about exposing students to a wide range of perspectives and real-world experiences. Juliana's academic background is extensive, with majors in Law, English, and Pedagogy. She brings diverse professional experience to her position, having worked as a lawyer, a bilingual secretary, and an English teacher. This unique combination of legal expertise, administrative skill, and pedagogical knowledge allows her to serve as a key mentor, expertly bridging the gap between the academic world and the professional opportunities that await her students at Colégio Progresso Bilíngue Indaiatuba. She has been working at this institution since 2019, starting as an English teacher for Middle and High School. In 2021, she began her role as the coordinator for the bilingual program in Middle School. In 2023, she became the IB-DP Coordinator, responsible for implementing the program at the school. In 2025, she also took on leadership of the Future Pathways pillar. Juliana also loves music and, whenever possible, enjoys attending concerts with her sons.
Mariana began her professional journey in 2001, studying Pedagogy and starting her career as an Early Childhood Education teacher. After this initial period, she took on leadership roles, serving for 10 years as a coordinator and director at an Early Childhood Education school in São Paulo, gaining extensive experience in both pedagogical and administrative management.Seeking to deepen her educational knowledge and practices, she specialized in Psychopedagogy, which broadened her perspective on learning processes and individualized student support. In 2018, after moving to Indaiatuba in the interior of São Paulo, Mariana resumed her work as an Early Childhood teacher and later became an Educational Counselor. Since 2020, she has served as Pedagogical Coordinator at Colégio Progresso Bilíngue, leading the teaching team in Early Childhood Education and first grade, overseeing planning and pedagogical practices with a focus on meaningful learning and the holistic development of students. In her free time, Mariana enjoys spending time with her family, actively participating in her church, exploring new places, cooking, and engaging in crafts—a hobby that reflects her creativity and sensitivity.
An education professional with nearly 20 years of experience, she began her career in 2003 as a ballet teacher, shortly after completing her Classical Ballet degree in 2002. She earned her first degree in Physical Education in 2008 and, since then, has taught Ballet and Physical Education in both Early Childhood and Elementary School, as well as Middle School, within private education in São Paulo.Her experience in the school environment sparked her interest in deepening her pedagogical knowledge, leading her to pursue a degree in Pedagogy, completed in 2016 in Indaiatuba. From that point on, she expanded her role into school management, serving as Assistant Coordinator and later as Pedagogical Coordinator in Elementary and Middle School.Throughout her career, she has developed a sensitive and committed perspective toward the needs of Inclusive Education, working directly with children and adolescents. She holds a postgraduate degree in Clinical and Institutional Psychopedagogy and is currently completing her postgraduate studies in ABA Science (Applied Behavior Analysis). She now serves as the Coordinator of the “Completo” program at the institution, always prioritizing the well-being of students and staff, grounded in mutual respect and open dialogue. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, practicing sports, reading, listening to music, and traveling.
Priscila is an education professional with a degree in Pedagogy from Faculdade de Educação e Ciências Gerenciais de Indaiatuba (2008), bringing extensive classroom experience and a strong background in pedagogical management. She has taught Early Childhood and Elementary School at various levels, focusing on cognitive and social development, literacy processes, and designing projects adapted for students with special educational needs. In the area of management, she has served as Pedagogical Coordinator in educational institutions, leading teams, coordinating curriculum, projects, and learning assessments, promoting ongoing teacher training, and facilitating collaboration between schools, families, and the wider school community. She currently serves as Coordinator of the “Completo” program, overseeing the team, developing projects, and organizing student routines. Priscila also serves as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, implementing and updating school protection policies and taking responsibility for child safeguarding matters within the school environment. She has completed professional development courses in literacy and inclusion and is recognized for her proactivity, communication skills, dynamism, adaptability, and solution-focused approach. In her free time, Priscila enjoys spending time with her family and pet, practicing physical activities—especially CrossFit, which is one of her great passions.
Leandro holds a degree in Physical Education from PUC-Campinas and a postgraduate degree in Weight Training and Physical Conditioning from FMU São Paulo. He has been teaching since 1999 and has been part of the school since its foundation in 2010, teaching Physical Education to Middle and High School students. Since 2012, he has also served as Sports Coordinator for extracurricular activities. He is committed to promoting, through sports, not only physical development but also essential values such as health, discipline, respect, teamwork, and overcoming challenges. His goal is to contribute to the holistic development of students, preparing them for a balanced, ethical, and responsible life. In his free time, he enjoys practicing sports and spending time with his family.
