Where confidence grows
What's happening
At Colégio Progresso Bilíngue Indaiatuba, learning comes first. Guided by the Learning.First™ approach, students are encouraged to make visible progress every day through meaningful experiences that develop not only knowledge, but also skills, values, and confidence. Our learning pillars support this journey from the early years through graduation, helping students become curious, autonomous, creative, and reflective learners.
Through experiences such as Programa Semente, Maker activities, and the Individual Research Project (TPI), students strengthen social-emotional development, creativity, inquiry, communication, and personal responsibility. These opportunities connect naturally with the IB Learner Profile and ISP Life Competencies, encouraging students to think critically, act with empathy, collaborate with others, and grow as globally minded individuals prepared for life beyond school.
Students master both Portuguese and English while developing creativity, adaptability, empathy, and strong communication skills. By integrating the Brazilian National Common Core Curriculum (BNCC) with international best practices, including the IB Diploma Programme, students gain a global perspective.
Daily immersion strengthens English proficiency on a rich cultural foundation, while interdisciplinary projects and hands-on activities foster investigative skills and innovative thinking. Students develop 21st-century competencies, preparing them for lifelong success in a rapidly changing world.
From Early Years onward, students at Indaiatuba are inspired to love learning and build a deep cultural and literary foundation. Literary projects at every grade nurture aesthetic appreciation and broaden horizons, encouraging engagement with diverse texts and perspectives.
Through collaborative research and independent inquiry, learners develop critical thinking, creativity, and meaningful self-expression, growing as thoughtful, curious individuals ready to contribute beyond the classroom.
Our dedicated Maker activities at Indaiatuba encourages students to explore, investigate, and innovate through hands-on learning. Fully equipped science labs and maker spaces provide the ideal environment for tackling real-world challenges and bringing creative ideas to life.
Learners build problem-solving skills, resilience, and leadership as they collaborate on projects requiring critical thinking. Maker thinking is more than a teaching method - it's a mindset that empowers students to become confident creators and agile thinkers.
At Progresso Bilingual School Indaiatuba, students use technology as a driver of creativity and collaboration. By engaging in digital projects, they learn to navigate information critically, communicate effectively online, and use digital tools to solve problems and express ideas.
This active approach to digital learning empowers students to become responsible and innovative digital citizens, prepared to adapt and lead in a connected world.
Learners at Indaiatuba take ownership of their educational paths, setting personal goals and exploring interests that spark curiosity. Through mentorship and tailored learning experiences, they build self-confidence and resilience, learning to make thoughtful decisions and embrace new challenges.
This journey of self-discovery helps each student unlock unique strengths and passions, preparing them for success beyond the classroom.
Learners open doors to global opportunities, preparing for international experiences and pathways. Every student receives individualized support when exploring universities abroad, with expert guidance throughout the application process.
Comprehensive academic and social-emotional preparation, along with focused training for international certifications, give students the confidence and skills to pursue ambitions on a global stage.
Students at Indaiatuba are empowered to become agents of change, using their knowledge and creativity to address real-world issues. Through hands-on projects and community engagement, learners develop entrepreneurial skills and a strong sense of social responsibility.
By designing and leading initiatives that make a difference, students learn the value of empathy, teamwork, and innovation in building a better future for all.
Our students learn to value diversity, overcome challenges, and build strong social-emotional skills. The Progresso student profile stands out for ethics, efficiency, and responsibility, both individually and as part of a community.
Programa Semente
Learners develop key social-emotional skills to thrive in an inter-connected and globalized society through activities and proved methods.
Maker activities
Students develop their creativity through project-based learning, building critical thinking, self-confidence, and meaningful forms of expression. They also have opportunities to present their ideas through written research and oral presentations.
Individual Research Project (TPI)
Students embark on individual research projects that showcase inquiry, public speaking, confidence, and effective communication.
Programa Semente helps students cultivate essential social-emotional skills through structured activities and effective teaching methods.
By fostering responsibility, resilience, empathy, and social awareness, the program supports holistic development, preparing children and adolescents to succeed academically and personally, and to build ethical, positive relationships throughout life.
Maker activities spark innovation and meaningful learning as students lead hands-on projects inspired by their interests. Through structured methodologies and carefully selected resources, they develop purposeful projects that foster creativity, autonomy, and digital literacy.
Supported by a wide range of tools, students transform the classroom into a dynamic, practical space where learning is visible, emotionally engaging, and directly connected to real-world experiences.
Each March, students from Grade 8 to Grade 11 select a research topic and work with a supervising teacher on a year-long investigation that grows in complexity. The project culminates in an oral presentation at the end of August, with evaluation based on both the written work and presentation skills.
This process strengthens research, analytical thinking, confidence, and public speaking abilities.
ISP’s research-led approach helps students build the life competencies they need to thrive now and throughout their lifetime. These core human skills grow through learning experiences embedded across every stage of the learning journey.
