What's happening
At Progresso Bilíngue Santos, students build curiosity, confidence, and bilingual skills from day one. Portuguese and English are part of everyday learning, with progress supported by international assessments and Spanish introduced in Middle School.
From the stage and science labs to sports courts and up to 12 academic Olympiads each year, students take on real challenges that spark creativity, determination, and ambition. Progresso Bilingue Santos joins ISP
Progresso Bilingue Santos joined International Schools Partnership - ISP, giving students a global network, collaborative learning opportunities, and the skills to thrive as true global citizens.
Students begin their journey at Colégio Progresso Campineiro, Cambuí campus, building a culture of academic excellence and community that remains alive at Progresso Bilíngue Santos, as well as at every Progresso campus.
In 2009, students in Santos and Vinhedo gained access to new campuses - then Anglo Santos and Anglo Vinhedo - unlocking fresh opportunities to achieve and connect.
Students in these regions now drive academic success and build strong communities, sparking growth and collaboration across both campuses.
In 2010, students in Taquaral and Indaiatuba joined the Colégio Progresso family, becoming part of Anglo Taquaral and Polo Educacional Indaiatuba. Here, students take on challenges with purpose, connect with their peers, and lead their own learning.
Every day brings opportunities to build confidence, share ideas, and help shape a vibrant school culture that connects both campuses.
In 2018, students in Itu began studying at a brand-new campus under the Progresso Bilíngue name. From day one, they grow through a bilingual curriculum that sparks curiosity and encourages achievement. Every lesson is an opportunity to lead, collaborate, and grow in a vibrant, student-led community.
In 2019, students at every campus step into a unified Progresso Bilíngue community, starting their journey with a Portuguese/English curriculum.
This shift ensures all students experience the same high-impact bilingual learning, opening doors to collaboration, shared culture and academic achievement across every campus.
This was a transformative milestone for our school - we became a proud member of International Schools Partnership - ISP.
Becoming an ISP school was our gateway to a dynamic global network of world-class schools. It provided access to unparalleled opportunities for our students to collaborate across continents, engage in innovative learning projects, and develop the skills to thrive as true global citizens. The world just became our classroom.
Our school consistently ranks among the top-performing schools in the ENEM. From 2021 to 2024, it remained among Brazil’s top 2,000 schools and often among the top 500 in the state, reflecting strong academics, personalized support, and a learning environment where students can achieve their best.

At Alberto Baccarat, students grow more independent through bilingual learning, maker activities, sports, music, and collaboration. At Machado de Assis, older students prepare for the future in a mature environment with spaces for study, guidance, creativity, and academic growth.

They excel in competitions, Festa Junina celebrations, and awards ceremonies. Educational trips bring theory and practice together, opening the door to new challenges.
At Progresso Bilíngue Santos, students take the lead in academic competitions, building determination and self-confidence. They take part in 12 Olympiads, including OBMEP, Be-á-Bá, Astronomy, OLITEF, OBB, Kangaroo, and ONHB. These challenges spark curiosity, critical thinking, and a sense of ownership over learning. Each competition opens doors to universities and to national and international opportunities.
Families are active partners at Progresso Bilíngue Santos, accompanying students throughout their journey, from the first contact to campus visits and celebrations of achievement.
Our Academic Coordination team meets with parents every two months to discuss progress and next steps, with personalized care for each student, while events, talks, and regular updates keep families informed and engaged.
