Coordinator of Progresso Completo
Lena Cypriano has been the General Director of Progresso Bilíngue Cambuí since 2015. She has been part of the institution since 1998 and has worked as a teacher in the early years of Elementary School. Over the years, she also served as coordinator for all school levels and as a High School Educational Counselor. With a degree in Pedagogy and a specialization in Education, Lena Cypriano has extensive experience in school administration and teacher training. Always focused on managing a school that prepares students with the knowledge and skills necessary for life, she works attentively to modern trends without losing sight of the importance of preserving history and the achievements that come from excellent academic education.
Since 2018, Elizangela has been working as an Assistant Principal, with a focus on school management and organization. Her experience also extends to the area of Health and Safety, always seeking to combine efficiency, care, and responsibility within the educational environment.
Rachel Barrichello holds a degree in Pedagogy (2005), with specializations in Children’s Moral Development and in Education: Conceptions and Knowledge. She has been working at Colégio Progresso since 2005, where she built her career as a teacher, educational counselor, primary years coordinator, and currently serves as the Early Years Coordinator. She lived in Australia for almost four years, an experience that contributed to the improvement of her English skills and broadened her educational perspective.
Camila Maria Taddeo Lima is the Educational Counselor for Early Childhood Education at Progresso Bilíngue Cambuí. She holds a degree in Pedagogy from Unicamp and in Psychology from PUC-Campinas. She has postgraduate studies in Analytical Psychology at Unicamp and in Education at Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic.
Lilian Montibeller Silva holds a degree in Pedagogy (1995) and a Master’s degree from Unicamp (2005). A professional at Progresso School since 1998, she has worked as an Elementary School teacher and, since 2015, as Pedagogical Coordinator for the final years of Early Childhood Education and the Early Years of Elementary School. She also teaches in the Youth and Adult Education Program of the Municipal Network of Campinas. She is the author of the 1st grade textbook for the Anglo Educational System and trains teachers in the areas of Literacy and Early Reading. She has served as a supervisor of PNAIC (National Pact for Literacy at the Right Age) at Unicamp in the areas of Portuguese and Mathematics for Elementary Education. She was also part of the “Grupo do Afeto” (Affectivity Research Group) at the School of Education, focusing on the development of affectivity. Areas of interest and research: literacy, early reading, affectivity, and teacher training.
Rafaela Marques holds degrees in Languages and Pedagogy from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). She has Cambridge English certification and extension courses from Instituto Singularidades in Bilingual Education. She has worked as a teacher in Early Childhood and Elementary Education at Progresso Cambuí and as a coordinator at You in School. Currently, she serves as Bilingual Coordinator for Elementary School – Early Years, as well as Head of Multilingualism at Progresso Bilíngue School.
Valéria Araújo is a former student of Progresso, where she studied from Early Childhood through High School at the Cambuí campus. She holds a degree in Pedagogy from Unicamp, with a specialization in Literacy and Early Reading from the Brazilian Institute for Teacher Training. She earned a Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis on Educational Psychology and co-authored two books as part of her research group. She has worked as a teacher in Early Childhood and Elementary Education at Progresso Bilíngue Cambuí and currently serves as Educational Counselor for Elementary School – Early Years.
Luciane Guimarães holds a degree in Pedagogy from Universidade Salesiana, with specializations in Special Education and Early Childhood Music Education. Since 2002, she has worked at Progresso School as a teacher in both Early Childhood and the Early Years of Elementary School. She currently serves as Educational Counselor for Elementary School – Early Years at Progresso Bilíngue. Alongside her pedagogical background, she is a choir conductor and has training in piano, guitar, and singing.
Ana Cláudia e Silva Fidelis holds a degree in Languages from UFAC (1994), a Master’s degree in Literary Theory from Unicamp (1998), and a PhD in Applied Linguistics from Unicamp (2008). She is a teacher of Portuguese Language and Literature and currently serves as Pedagogical Coordinator for Elementary School – Final Years at Progresso Bilíngue, in addition to being the author of literary projects in three languages (Portuguese, English, and Spanish). She has extensive experience in teacher training, having participated in federal programs such as Pro-Letramento and PNAIC (National Pact for Literacy at the Right Age). She also worked as evaluator and coordinator in the development of school library collections, participating in the PNBE (National School Library Program) and PNLD-Literature (National Textbook Program).
Andrea Postiga holds degrees in Languages and Pedagogy from PUC-Campinas and a specialization in Foreign Language Teaching from UFPR. She has worked as a teacher at the Swiss-Brazilian School in Curitiba, where she also coordinated the CAS program in the International Baccalaureate. In Campinas, she joined Progresso Bilíngue as coordinator of You in School and currently serves as Educational Counselor for Elementary School – Final Years.
Fernanda Lozano holds a degree in Pedagogy from Unicamp, with an academic exchange at the University of Algarve (Portugal). She has postgraduate studies in Modern Education: Methodologies, Trends, and Student-Centered Learning at PUCRS, and in Neuroscience Applied to Education at IBFE. She has experience as a bilingual teacher in the early years of Elementary School and in developing educational assessments at SEPRO. She currently serves as Future Pathways Advisor and supports Educational Counseling.
Fernanda Silveira is a pedagogue and educational psychologist, currently serving as High School Coordinator at Progresso Cambuí. With 10 years of experience in Pedagogical Counseling, she works with the purpose of inspiring and guiding students during one of the most challenging phases of school life. Her practice combines close pedagogical follow-up, encouragement of youth leadership, and solid preparation for university entrance exams and future choices.
Renata Bonacin holds a degree in Chemistry from São Paulo State University (Unesp) and a Master’s and PhD in Chemistry from the University of São Paulo (USP), with part of her doctoral research conducted at Rutgers University (New Jersey, USA). With over a decade of experience in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB-DP), she currently serves as IB-DP Coordinator and Bilingual Programme Coordinator for the Final Years of Elementary School at Progresso Bilíngue Cambuí. Throughout her career, she has also served as Coordinator in a Montessori program, as well as IB Chemistry Teacher, IB-DP Coordinator, and Extended Essay Coordinator, supporting IB students in their pursuit of academic excellence and in their university application processes both in Brazil and abroad. Renata is the author of a book chapter, a patent, and several scientific articles in Chemistry, and has contributed to educational materials published in Brazil and internationally.
Carolina Alvarenga holds a degree in Pedagogy from Unicamp and has been part of Progresso since 2014, where she has worked as a teacher, coordination assistant, and coordinator. Her professional path includes experience across all school levels, from Early Childhood to High School, giving her a broad and integrated view of pedagogical processes and school management. She currently serves as Educational Counselor for High School and Elementary School – Final Years, and also as DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead), responsible for safeguarding at the school, directly contributing to students’ academic, social-emotional, and overall well-being.
She holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from UNICAMP (2012) and in Pedagogy from Universidade Paulista (2019). She also has postgraduate qualifications in Special and Inclusive Education, as well as in Literacy and Language Development. A professional at Colégio Progresso since 2017, she worked as a teacher and, since 2026, has served as Pedagogical Coordinator of Progresso Completo. She coordinates environmental education projects focused on sustainable practices and ecological awareness. She also leads interdisciplinary projects that integrate the Arts into the daily routine of Progresso Completo, strengthening creativity and students’ holistic development. Areas of interest and research: arts, affectivity, environmental education, literacy, and language development.

Poliana Raboni

Poliana Raboni graduated in 2009 from UNASP College and holds postgraduate degrees in Psychopedagogy and in Neuroscience Applied to Education from Anhanguera College.She has been working in the field of Education since her graduation, with experience as a teacher in Early Childhood Education and Elementary School – Lower Grades.She has been part of the school’s faculty for three years, where she began as a classroom assistant in Middle School and currently serves as a Guidance Assistant in the same division.In her role as DDSL (Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead), she contributes to students’ well-being by offering attentive listening and support for their needs.
