Elementary School

Students aged 6 to 10 flourish in a vibrant bilingual environment, mastering academics in both English and Portuguese while exploring new ideas through literary projects, structured learning, and creative challenges.

Our curriculum 

Students progress with a curriculum 50% in Portuguese and 50% in English, developing essential skills in core academics, while deepening their understanding of the natural and socio-political world. Play and interaction develop self-knowledge and self-care, along with empathy and care for others.

Embracing the national language

From Y1 to Y5, students explore Portuguese through reading, writing, speaking and analyzing language every day. They get hands-on with short stories, poems, comic strips and news articles, building a rich cultural repertoire from the start.  

Every lesson is a rehearsal space for curiosity, where students build comprehension, interpretation, and enjoyment of reading. By engaging with different text genres and sharing ideas in reading circles and literary projects, learners develop written and verbal expression, argumentation, and respect for turn-taking.
